I found the most important thing in practicing dentistry is the perception of honesty. And I've been told many times that my successes were due to the honesty, that I am only going to work on your mouth and do what I want to have done to my mouth. So that's really the success and the quality that we can provide in the expertise of the knowledge base of all these years of practicing. All the professions that are recognized, as a child growing up, I saw the dentist the most. So as I grew into my career, I realized how fulfilling it was to see the same people many times, several times in a year, and many people for years and years and even decades.
That to me is one of the most rewarding because as you go through your life, you have been experiencing the lives of other people that you take care of. And you get to see humanity at its greatest because you see those kids grow up to be adults, and your family is your dental practice as well. The most important for being a dentist is to give that good experience. So everything that begins from the phone call that they make to our office to the reception into the office setting is very important to us. We want them to feel as well as we would like to feel when we walk into an office.
